Introduction of injector
The fuel injector is an important part to maintain the operation of the engine. The high pressure oil is pumped into the oil supply port of the injector, and the high pressure in the injector body acts on the cone surface of the injector. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core of the injector opens, and the high pressure oil is sprayed from the small hole of the nozzle. It comes out and burns in the cylinder of the engine in the form of a mist, so that the piston runs back and forth. The function of the injector is to inject fuel into the intake manifold or cylinder according to the injection timing and pulse width calculated by the engine ECU. The injector is actually a solenoid valve, and the ECU controls the work of the injector by controlling the current on and off of its solenoid valve coil.
Injector work
In order to ensure the accuracy of fuel injection, the ball valve or needle valve and valve seat of the fuel injector are required to have high machining accuracy, and the lift of the valve body is small, only about 0.1mm. If the impurity content in the fuel is high, or the injector nozzle is blocked by long-term colloidal substances, it will affect the normal operation of the injector, resulting in unstable engine idle speed, difficulty in starting, insufficient power and even flameout.
